Performance & Application
BXCF Series Magnetic Separator consists of a reducer, housing, magnetic roller, rubber roller, and chip scraper.The machine consists of several parts, including the board. The reducer drives the magnetic roller to rotate, containing powder-like magnetic materials.Impurities in the coolant are adsorbed onto the magnetic roller upon entering the housing, followed by being crushed by the rubber roller.Pressure is applied to expel liquid from impurities, followed by separation of impurities from the magnetic roller by a scraper blade.
Used for flat grinding machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, and centerless grinding machines, etc., which contain powdered impurities.Waste Liquid Purification.
