Performance and Application
BXCF series magnetic separator consists of a reducer, housing, magnetic roller, rubber roller, and chip scraper.The machine consists of several parts, including the board. The decelerator drives the magnetic roller to rotate, containing magnetic powder.Contaminated coolant, upon entering the housing, is adsorbed onto the magnetic roller, then undergoes crushing by the rubber roller.Pressure expels liquid from impurities, which are then separated from the magnetic roller by scraper blades.
For flat grinding machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, centerless grinding machines, etc., suitable for cutting materials containing powder impurities.Waste Liquid Purification
