BXCF2 Magnetic Separator
Performance and Application
The BXCF2 series magnetic separator is composed of several parts, including a reducer, housing, magnetic roller, rubber roller, and chip scraper. The reducer drives the magnetic roller to rotate. The cooling liquid containing powdered magnetic impurities enters the housing, where the impurities are adsorbed onto the magnetic roller. After being compressed by the rubber roller, the liquid in the impurities is squeezed out, and then the chip scraper separates the impurities from the magnetic roller. It has the functions of a common pressure roller magnetic separator, with the main feature being that half of it is magnetic and the other half is not, which better achieves the filtering effect.
