1. Chip Extractor Performance and Applications:
The BXCG series chip conveyor is a combination and improved design utilizing the respective features of the BXCB series magnetic chip conveyor and BXCF series magnetic separator. This unit employs several magnetic drums to transport magnetic chips to a designated work station. Each magnetic drum performs the function of the drum in the BXCF series magnetic separator, separating chips and liquids. The arrangement and combination of these drums can also accomplish the lifting and conveying function of the BXCB magnetic chip conveyor.
The Chip Separator for Magnetic Rollers is particularly suitable for environments where lubricant is thick and where BXCB magnetic chip removal devices are not suitable for conveying. It is also ideal for expensive metal-cutting machine tools such as gear processing machines, where coolant and oil are costly.

Quantitative chip removal without overloading.
Available for machining and manufacturing according to the machine tool's requirements, and can be placed in an oil (liquid) tank.
