MPP power pipes are made primarily from modified polypropylene and are suitable for laying pipelines and cables under roads, railways, buildings, riverbeds, and other special locations without the need for extensive excavation or road damage. Compared to the traditional "trenching and burying" method, non-excavation power pipe projects better meet current environmental protection requirements, eliminating the disturbances caused by dust and traffic blockages from conventional construction. This technology also allows for pipeline laying in areas where excavation is not feasible, such as protected historical sites, busy urban areas, crop and farmland protection zones, highways, and rivers.
The high-temperature resistance and external pressure tolerance features make it suitable for cable conduit materials for overhead transmission lines above 10KV. Available in sizes from 110mm to medium 250mm, it is available in standard and reinforced types. The standard type is suitable for excavation and non-excavation crossing construction with burial depths less than 4M; the reinforced type is suitable for non-excavation crossing construction with burial depths greater than 4M.
Section II: Application Scope of MPP Power Pipe
MPP power pipes are widely applicable in municipal, telecommunications, electricity, gas, water supply, and heating pipeline projects.
MPP power pipe non-excavation horizontal directional drilling for power pipeline projects in urban and rural areas, as well as open-cut power pipeline projects.
MPP Power Pipe Non-Disturbance Horizontal Directional Drilling Sewer Drainage Pipeline Project. Industrial Wastewater Discharge Project.
