2. Trenching: When working in a trench, necessary precautions must be considered.

3. Testing: It is recommended to use water as the pressure testing medium. During testing, measures should be taken to prevent pipe movement or damage.

4. Positioning: Polyethylene materials cannot be controlled by magnetic positioning equipment. Alternative methods can be used to detect polyethylene pipelines, including tracer wires, marking tapes, detection strips, painted markings, electronic marking systems, and acoustic pipeline tracing methods.

5. Pressure: HDPE pipes are not suitable for high-pressure gas transmission applications.

6. Application Scope: HDPE pipes are not recommended for certain applications. Please consult your supplier regarding their chemical resistance properties.

7. Static Electricity: HDPE pipes carry a high static charge. In environments with flammable and explosive gases, appropriate measures should be taken to dissipate static electricity.

8. Impact Resistance: HDPE pipes have good impact resistance. When锤ing the pipe with a hammer, it is important to note that the pipe will exert a certain amount of rebound force.

9. Coiled: The small-diameter HDPE pipe coiled up stores energy like a spring; if the packaging tape is cut, it will generate a significant rebound force.

10. Storage: If piping materials must be stacked for storage, they should be avoided from being stacked too high and should be placed in straight rows. Improper stacking of pipes may cause deformation of the materials.

11. Weight: Although HDPE pipes are lighter than other traditional materials, they still possess a certain weight, so care should be taken during handling and construction.

12. Unloading: Correct unloading equipment must be used, and all tools for handling should be checked for compliance.
