Franka Emika Exploration Edition Robot Additional Control Interface FCI (Franka Connect Interface)The Control Interface (CI) is an ideal platform for research and testing in force control, motion algorithms, gripping strategies, interactive scenarios, and machine learning. Users can establish rapid, low-level bidirectional connections with a robot's body and gripper through the FCI. By using the FCI, workstations can be quickly and directly connected to the robot system via low-level bidirectional communication, enabling real-time control at a rate of 1 kHz and providing the robot's current state. The exploration version of the robot offers stable support for ROS development and integration with MoveIt!
