The Smart Tensioning System operates simply with a user-friendly interface, adapting to various construction site environments. With the Smart Tensioning System, it can automatically read beam and slab parameters, intelligently calculate the pressure values during the tensioning process, wirelessly control the oil pump's intake and exhaust, wirelessly collect oil pressure and displacement information in real-time, and automatically generate pre-stressed tensioning record sheets, among other functionalities. The entire process requires no human intervention and features error correction, data synchronization, tensioning audit, and other tensioning process controls. The core is based on the pre-stressed tensioning control and construction technology summary.By utilizing computers to control the tensioning construction process, it has completely transformed the traditional method of manually operating oil pumps for tensioning, truly achieving synchronous control of tensioning.

Contractor sets up accounts and roles according to pre-defined system settings.By using the permission and authority, through the intelligent tensioning system platform, input the beam and slab tensioning number to extract tensioning elements. After filling in the relevant information, submit the tensioning application, the system will automatically calculate the tensioning force and elongation control values. Once all tensioning preparations are complete, the construction unit will initiate the "Tensioning Construction Control" intelligent tensioning system platform interface after approval by the supervisory unit. The intelligent tensioning system outputs hydraulic oil quantity control information, achieving intelligent tensioning control through the jack hydraulic terminal. Upon completion of tensioning, data is automatically uploaded. Through the intelligent tensioning platform system, contractors, supervisors, and owners can log in based on pre-set user permissions to control and understand the entire tensioning progress, elongation rate, and camber. In case of non-compliance with quality requirements, the system will promptly issue an alert and provide "average tensioning force" and "theoretical elongation" analysis indicators for prestressed tensioning control, analyze the cause, and promptly accumulate data. It can also revert to the tensioning process, accumulating engineering experience. Compared to traditional tensioning methods, this intelligent tensioning system enables owners, supervisors, contractors, and testing units to interact on the same platform, with the medium of interaction being the Internet, thereby overcoming geographical limitations and achieving strict quality management. Data generated during the tensioning process can be reflected to the owner through a wireless network, facilitating construction quality control.
