When the angular tube is being annealed, the following points should be noted:
Annealing atmosphere
Generally, pure hydrogen atmosphere is used for annealing, with a purity greater than 99.9. If other parts are inert gases, a slightly lower purity can be achieved, but with minimal oxygen and moisture vapor.

To prevent minor leakage, maintain a positive pressure for gas stove repairs and keep normal requests.
(3) Annealing Temperature
Hexagonal tube heat treatment is generally solubility heat treatment, as it is commonly referred to as "annealing," within the temperature range of 1040-1120℃ (Japanese standard). You can also inspect the annealing furnace cavity, where the hexagonal tubes should be annealed in a white-hot state, but without showing soft sagging.
(4) Steam inside the furnace
On one hand, the material of the furnace body can be dry, first install the furnace, the furnace body data must be dry; on the other hand, for hexagonal tubes, drain the remaining water, especially if there are more than one leaky pipe, do not go, or you'll disrupt the furnace atmosphere.
(V) Furnace Body Sealing
The bright annealing furnace should be sealed and isolated from external air; hydrogen should be used as the maintenance gas, with just one connection. Check for leaks at the joint gaps by using the soap and water method in the annealing furnace; leaks are particularly prone to occur in the central tube of the central annealing furnace, where the seals are located, especially prone to wear, and should be regularly checked and replaced.
