The internal discoloration fungi in treated wood flower stands do not harm the cell wall tissues of the wood, but under suitable conditions, some discoloration fungal hyphae can erode the wood cell walls, leading to a decrease in cellulose, hemicellulose, and hot water extract content. Due to the decrease in cellulose and hemicellulose content in the wood cell walls, and the minimal damage to lignin and resin substances, the relative content of lignin and resin slightly increases.
