The features of HYA cables include: conductor diameter options with various copper wire sizes such as 0.32, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, and 0.90mm, to meet different signal transmission requirements.
Insulation and Sheath Materials: The insulation layer is made of high-density polyethylene, while the sheath layer is available in black low, medium, or high-density polyethylene, ensuring the cable's insulation performance and mechanical strength.

To ensure the normal operation and service life of the HYA communication cable, users should pay attention to the following points during use:
Installation Temperature: The ambient temperature should not be below -5°C to avoid the impact of low temperatures on the cable's performance.
Bend Radius: The minimum bend radius during installation should not be less than 1 times the cable's outer diameter to prevent damage to the cable.
Cable Drum Rolling: Cable drums are only allowed to roll in one direction over short distances to prevent damage caused by flat placement.
Pipe laying: Minimize friction between cables and pipe walls upon entry, ensure the bend radius upon entering manholes is not less than the cable drum radius, and avoid friction with the edges.
Gas Filling: A certain pressure of dry gas (pre-filled with 30-50 kPa of dry air prior to shipment) must be injected into the cable during operation to maintain internal dryness.
Operating Temperature: The operating temperature for the cables should be maintained between -30℃ and +60℃.
