Power on, the control box power indicator light illuminates.

2. Open: Press the "Open" button, the working indicator light illuminates, the door body retracts, and the main entrance automatically opens.

3. Shutdown: Press the "Shutdown" button, the working indicator light illuminates, the door body extends, and the main door passage automatically closes.

4. Manual: In the event of a power outage, open the machine head box door, insert the special key into the keyhole, rotate 180 degrees, and it can be manually pushed and pulled.

5. Remote Control: The handheld remote control can operate within a range of 10-30 meters from the control box (depending on the local radio communication environment). Press the "Open" button on the remote to automatically open the gate, and press the "Close" button to automatically close it.

Installation and Commissioning

Pre-installed Track System

2. Fixed Door Frame: Place the door frame onto the track and secure the bottom support at the rear with a specialized fixing card and ground expansion screw (M12×80).

3. Limit Switches: Install limit devices according to the set open and close positions of the door body.

4. Fixed Control Box: The control box can be installed inside the head box or moved to an indoor location within 10 meters of the main unit.

5. Wires Connection: Carefully connect the corresponding wires according to the wiring diagram (prohibited to connect while the power is on), ensuring the connections are secure. There should be no short circuits between terminals, and check that the wiring is correct.

6. Debugging:

Firstly, manually push and pull the door body to check if it operates normally. Only after confirming that the door operates correctly should power be connected.

2) Upon powering on, the control box's power indicator light illuminates. Press the "Open" button, and the "Open" indicator light turns on, causing the door to automatically open to the set limit and stop. Press the "Close" button, and the "Close" indicator light turns on, causing the door to automatically close to the set limit and stop.

In the debugging and operation process, if an inaccurate door body limit position is detected, adjust the height of the limit switch.

4) Run the system for at least 5 debugging sessions before putting it into operation.
