I. Conditions for installation must be met:
The kitchen structure and interior renovations, as well as civil engineering works, have been completed and meet the technical requirements of the design drawings provided by our company for the kitchen equipment layout, water levels, electrical potential, exhaust, and fresh air systems.
2. The company has essentially met the three-way conditions of water, electricity, and fuel.
Maintain the large equipment's original external dimensions for the entryway.
4. Scaffolding with a top wind喉 that matches its height and width.
Two: Installation Sequence
1. Hoisting ductwork, air handling cabinets;
2. Install smoke hoods.
3. On-site installation of exhaust ventilation systems, black smoke, and grease exhaust emission and treatment systems.
4. Appliances and steel products are positioned according to the indicated locations and dimensions on the drawings.
5. Installation of connection pipelines for inlets and outlets, air supply lines, and fuel lines, etc., tailored to the product requirements of different models and fuel types.
6. Construct hearths and flues using refractory materials.
7. Assemble and wire electrical systems, including control panels.
Section 3: Installation Standards
The canopy in front should be kept level and not less than 1900-1950mm above the ground.
2. Kitchenware should be arranged vertically and horizontally, with straight and even alignment between each item. The countertop and sink should be 800mm above the ground level.
3. The imported exhaust fan's air duct is a straight pipe section. For variable diameter inlet pipes, it is recommended to use a smaller angle of reduction to avoid sudden changes in gas flow velocity and direction.
Increase the cross-sectional area of the exhaust fan's outlet pipe to reduce the dynamic pressure loss of the airflow.
5. The joints between exhaust ducts should have good sealing. Use sealing gasket between flange connections and ensure screws are tightened. Any joints and seams must be sealed with adhesive to prevent leaks.
Exhaust outlets should be located in areas where harmful emissions are more prevalent, while intake vents should be positioned in places with less harmful emissions or where people frequently gather.
7. Appliances fuel pipeline connections should undergo a tightness test; no leakage is considered合格.
8. Above and below ground pipe systems, as well as duct connections, must be leak-free to pass inspection.
9. The piping and wiring must be installed horizontally and vertically, with clear internal and external layers, and should be securely fastened with brackets and grips.
10. After the pipeline installation leak test is completed, paint should be applied according to different colors: gas pipes with yellow paint, and drainage inlet pipes with silver gray paint.
11. The installation must be completed, and the site must be cleaned up thoroughly.
After debugging is approved, hand over the product for customer acceptance and proceed with the formal acceptance procedures.
