Automotive Quick Repair Body and Paint Production Line Design Concept
1. Application: Used for the entire or partial sanding, undercoat application, undercoat curing, topcoat application, and topcoat curing on the body and paint spray production line. It forms a dense corrosion-resistant film on the workpiece surface, enhancing both the appearance quality and the product's corrosion and decorative properties.
2. Production Line Process: Large Sheet Metal → Small Sheet Metal → Local Putty Application → Putty Drying → Cleaning → Priming → Primer Drying (Local) → Intermediate Coating → Drying → Cleaning → Top Coating → Levelling → Top Coat Drying.
3. In the polishing room, use mobile baking lamps to locally dry the putty on the workpieces; the primer room and intermediate coating room are equipped with 3D top mobile baking lamps for drying. The baking room utilizes an electric heating system to dry the workpieces as a whole, with a drying temperature of 80°C.
4. The method for vehicles entering and exiting the sanding and paint baking room is: flat conveyor chain, ensuring the vehicle moves left and right between workstations. A return track is set up.
