Indirect heat transfer dryers and assembled drying equipment are similar, combining steam drying with hot air drying. They heat up by burning fuel in the furnace chamber, simultaneously producing steam through the steam generator and hot air through the hot water circulating exchanger. At this point, the steam cooks and de-fats the material, and then, using the hot air from the heat exchanger, the hot air within the machine circulates repeatedly under the fan's action. The moisture expelled from the material is carried away through uniquely designed pipes, achieving the drying process.
The wet slices enter the dryer from the top of the vertical drier and fill the entire dryer. Hot air is blown into the lower part of the dryer, passing through the entire slice material layer inside and then排出 from the top of the dryer before being recycled. The dried slices are discharged from the bottom of the dryer. The dryer is filled with slices, and new slices are continuously added to the top. The slice material column inside the dryer flows like a piston due to the gravity of the slices themselves. Hot air is supplied from the bottom of the dryer, where there is counter-current contact between the gas and solid phases, facilitating heat exchange. The moisture in the slices evaporates as steam, which is then expelled with the air.
