Fixed Paint Booth Maintenance Basics:
1. Prior to spraying, it's essential to check that the spray pressure is normal and ensure the filter system is clean.
2. Inspect the air compressor and oil-water mist separator to keep the spray paint hose clean.
3. Spray guns, paint hoses, and mixing buckets should be stored in a clean area.
4. Besides using a blowtorch and a dusting cloth for dust removal, all other pre-spraying processes should be completed outside the baking paint room.
5. The paint baking room is exclusively for painting and baking processes, and the room door can only be opened when vehicles are entering or exiting. When opening the door, the air circulation system for painting must be activated to create positive pressure, ensuring that dust from outside cannot enter the room.
6. It is mandatory to wear paint-spraying overalls and protective gear to enter the baking paint booth for operation.
7. During baking operations, all flammable items must be removed from the paint baking room to the outside.
8. Non-essential personnel are prohibited from entering the paint baking room.
