① Brightness, the brightness inside the baking paint room should reach 800-1000 lux, and lighting with a near D65 source is required. Additionally, the walls inside the room should be matte white.

③ Filtration Effect: This depends on the type of cotton used in the paint booth roof. Generally, repair shops use EU5 and EU6 models. When using the paint booth, you can shine a sun lamp on the top inside the booth. Typically, there should be less than 5 tiny dust particles per square meter.
④ Wall sealing effect: The paint baking room should be sealed and there should be no accumulation of paint dust at the seams.
⑤ Ensure positive pressure; the inflow of air into the paint baking room should be slightly greater than the outflow, keeping the room in a state of positive pressure.
⑥ The sealing effect of the heating system should be good around the burners and chimneys, with no residue of oil soot after combustion.
⑦ The升温 rate is approximately 10-15 minutes for the paint-baking room to rise from 20℃ to 60℃. It is also important to note that some paint-baking room thermometers are inaccurate, and the temperature of the metal body inside the room should be used as the standard for measurement. If the selected paint-baking room meets the above conditions, it is a good choice. However, over time, issues such as poor quality of the paint-baking room, excessive dust inside, poor construction results, and inadequate lighting may arise.
