The three-dimensional lift table is used for elevating instruments, featuring movements in three directions: first, longitudinal horizontal movement along the ground track; second, vertical lifting and lowering along the double columns; and third, horizontal telescopic movement perpendicular to the columns, thereby fulfilling the three-dimensional motion requirements.
The 3D lifting platform features ample strength and positioning, capable of supporting workpieces, painting lines, spray guns, and other equipment or tools. The dust removal device and paint pump are placed on the trolley's tool platform, moving with the trolley for ease of operation or paint application. The surface is made of patterned steel plate, equipped with guardrails, side doors, and a ladder. The surface is coated with metal floor paint, and all moving parts are marked with safety paint. The design and installation comply with national safety regulations, and the mechanical and electronic components meet the 1(Q-2) fire rating.
