The Flexible Spray Booth is a new type of portable spray booth that, in addition to the traditional functions of an enclosed, ventilated, and paint mist removal, can be expanded and contracted. This allows the spray area to adjust in size, effectively saving paint application time and is particularly suitable for use in lift and transport environments.
Due to the features of the telescopic mobile spray booth, it can form an effective enclosed working environment when expanded, and it can also open up the workspace when retracted, making it suitable for various forms of transportation and for sites with limited space. It is also ideal for other operations, such as storage and sanding.
Structural and Functional
The flexible spray painting booth is composed of an expandable booth body and a water curtain spray cabinet. The expandable booth body extends to 8 meters in length and retracts to only 1.5 meters. The roof is equipped with 8 explosion-proof lights, providing ample lighting. The spray booth is recommended to be operated manually (electric drive required, please specify).
A water curtain spray booth is installed at one end of the paint spray room. The paint mist generated is purified through the water curtain or discharged to the outside of the workshop. The mist is filtered by water or returned to the pool, and is cleaned regularly.
