1. The blade installation angle of the impeller is adjustable, allowing for the adjustment of the blade angle according to production requirements. This explosion-proof side wall fan features a special design with a performance curve free of humps, ensuring stable operation under any network resistance.


The explosion-proof side wall fan is equipped with a fully enclosed, pressure-resistant enclosed heat dissipation cover and air pressure equalization pipe outside the motor. This ensures that the motor operates in a瓦斯-free air environment, complying with the relevant explosion-proof regulations for coal mines.

The new fan design features a direct motor-to-impeller connection, offering a simpler structure compared to the current complex arrangement of mine exhaust axial ventilation systems, which often rely solely on belt or long shaft transmission. This design is beneficial for operation and maintenance.


The explosion-proof side wall fans in this series feature a single-stage impeller structure. An after-guide vane is set between the fan and the diffuser to enhance static pressure efficiency.


The explosion-proof side wall fan can reverse its airflow, with the reverse airflow reaching 65% to 85% of the normal airflow. It does not require an additional reverse airflow channel, offering advantages of cost savings in infrastructure investment and rapid reverse airflow speed.
