Flue-gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment must be in a completely stationary state before any maintenance or adjustment can be performed. Additionally, safety measures to prevent movement must be in place for machinery undergoing repairs. The person in charge of the maintenance work must inspect these safety measures before commencing work, and only after confirming they are correct can the work begin.
