Therefore, maintaining a relatively high level of average electrode voltage is equivalent to keeping the operating conditions of the wet electrostatic precipitator below the optimal frequency of spark discharge, which varies within a wide range according to the air flow parameters. This solves the "unstable state" of simply adjusting according to the given number of spark discharges.
