Overview:

 The RCDB series dry electromagnetic iron separator is comparable to the PDC series disk electromagnetic iron separator, RCDY series electromagnetic iron separator, and MC electromagnetic iron separator. It is a separator used for removing ferrous impurities from powdery or lumpy non-magnetic materials. The internal structure is made with special electrical engineer resin casting and features an all-sealed self-cooling design. It boasts a large magnetic penetration depth, strong suction, dust and rain resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments. The walking device can be selected by the customer.

Note:1. RCDB-3 to RCDB-8 models do not require wave fin radiators on the outer shell. RCDB-10 to RCDB-18 models are equipped with wave fin radiators to increase the cooling area.

2. Each model in this series features a superstrong design of T1, T2, and T3, exceeding national standards, with rated magnetic field strengths of 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT respectively.
