Overview:

Magnetic grid/frame is suitable for installation in various silos and channels, available in standard/cleanable designs, square/circular/oval shapes, single/dual/multi-layer configurations. It can be designed with guide rods and angles for better material flow. The internal and external materials are rare earth permanent magnets and 304/316L stainless steel, with surface magnetic strength exceeding 12,000 gauss. Standard square frame sizes range from 100*100 to 500*500mm, while circular sizes range from Ǿ100 to 500mm. The scientific design enhances magnetic field strength, effectively removing fine or weak magnetic iron impurities. Customization is available according to customer requirements.

Broadly used for removing iron impurities from powdered and granular materials, with excellent capture and strong grip, offering economic and efficient performance.
