Overview:

The principle involves the material being fed into the main screening system via bulldozers or conveying equipment. After screening, large particle materials are transferred to the tailing area, while finer sand particles are evenly conveyed to the magnetic separation system area. The drum surface has a magnetic field, where higher-grade iron sand is attracted to the drum surface by the magnetism and carried to the iron concentrate conveying system by the rotating drum. It is then transported to the concentrate area via conveyor belts. Non-magnetic materials, however, are not affected by the magnetism and are directly sent to the tailing area, mixed with the large particles and conveyed to the tailing area through the tailing conveying system, thereby achieving the separation goal.
