Overview:

The TLCH type strong roller wet magnetic separator is a combined model developed by our company based on years of experience and customer on-site requirements. It can achieve combinations of multiple structures or different magnetic field intensities. The principle is that the material passes through the storage bin and enters the magnetic field area via a guide disk. Magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller and rotate to reach the ore concentration area. A brush removes the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller, which fall into the concentrate bucket under the喷射 of high-pressure water. Effective for manganese ore, hematite, pseudo-hematite, specularite, siderite, manganese ore, chromite, magnetite, limonite, siderite, chromite, niobium-tantalum magnetite, titanium-cerium magnetite, wolframite, magnetite rock, apatite, yttrium phosphorus mineral, olivine, copper sulfide, iron albite, biotite, epidote, serpentine, native magnetite, beach placer, native rutile, wolframite, and non-metallic iron removal.
