Overview:


   Applicable to particle size3mmThe wet magnetic separation of materials such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, and rutile is also used for iron removal processes in coal, non-metallic minerals, construction materials, etc. The magnetic system of the magnetic separator is made of ferrite material or a composite of rare-earth magnetic steel. The machine features a high magnetic field strength, integrating physics, mechanics, fluid mechanics, and magnetics. It can select certain weakly magnetic minerals based on the different magnetic properties of ores, such as pseudomagnetite, weakly magnetic ore, hematite, manganese ore, and other weak iron ores.


Operating Principle:

    High-gradient flat plate magnetic separator with a belt sorting structure. Throughout the entire working area from feed to discharge, materials are continuously magnetically stirred by the conveyor belt, and non-magnetic tailings are flushed away by water flow. Magnetic minerals are transported to the degaussing zone of the separator by the belt, where they are demagnetized to complete the mineral separation process. The machine features low power consumption, high throughput, high magnetic field intensity, and excellent quality, resulting in greater profitability.
