Working Principle:

Spiral Feeding Weighing Scale, mainly composed of the spiral weigher body, weighing sensor, signal transmitter, variable-frequency speed controller, control regulator, motor, etc. When the spiral weigher transports material, the weighing sensor converts the weight of the material in the weighing section into a voltage signal and sends it to the signal transmitter. The control regulator processes and displays the data, thereby determining the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of the material passing through the spiral weigher. The control regulator of the spiral electronic batching scale outputs4-20mA current is supplied to the variable frequency speed controller to adjust the motor speed, thereby achieving the purpose of quantitative feeding.
