What are the requirements for obtaining CMA certification qualifications?
I. Educational Requirements for CMA Certification
教育部认可的三年全日制大专学历
2. Bachelor's degree recognized by the Ministry of Education
3. Master's degree, Master's degree, Ph.D. degree (Ph.D. diploma) recognized by the Ministry of Education
Note: If the educational requirements are not met, and the exam cannot be passed, the CMA certification (i.e., obtaining the CMA certificate) cannot be achieved through examination.
Section 2: Passed the CMA Certification Exam
CMA exam scores are based on a normal distribution scoring method, with a requirement that 70% of test takers pass, and the passing score set at 500 points. However, since the exam questions are randomly selected from a computerized question bank, each candidate's questions are unique. Therefore, if Candidate A's exam is harder than Candidate B's, A will need to answer fewer questions correctly to reach the passing score of 500 than B.
Section 3: Minimum Work Experience Required
The CMA program distinguishes specialists in management accounting and financial management. Candidates must have 2 years of experience in the field of management accounting or financial management. This experience can be completed before the application or within 7 years after the exam.
Note: Candidates must have 2 years of continuous work experience in management accounting or financial management. Segmented two-year work experience is considered invalid. If the exam is not completed within seven years after the completion of the exam, the CMA certification cannot be obtained.
