Taian Zhongtian Boiler Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, with its factory located in the Shankou Industrial Park, Daiyue District, Taian City, Shandong Province. The factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with the main workshop building spanning 6,200 square meters. It is a manufacturer of D1 and D2 pressure vessels and B-grade boilers.

The company specializes in the design and production of DZL, SZL series steam and hot water boilers; WNS, LSS series oil (gas) boilers; LSC series vertical steam boilers; YGL, YLL, YLW series vertical and horizontal organic heat carrier boilers; various atmospheric pressure hot water boilers and complete auxiliary equipment; a variety of specifications autoclaves, glass reactors, vulcanizing tanks; liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks; various types of steam (gas) storage tanks, steam separators, fixed and continuous drain valves, deaeration equipment, heat exchangers, and other containers for the petrochemical, rubber, and other industries. All products produced by the company are recognized by the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau and are national environmental protection and energy-saving products. Products are designed in strict accordance with national standards and manufactured, inspected, and accepted in accordance with the relevant technical supervision regulations for various products.

The company currently employs 152 staff members, including 45 professional engineering technicians, of which there are 2 engineers, 5 senior engineers, 10 assistant engineers, 25 certified welders, and 32 qualified project personnel. We have 2 certified RT intermediate-level non-destructive testing (NDT) technicians and 2 certified UT intermediate-level technicians. We possess over 50 types of production equipment, such as a 50mm thick coil rolling machine, 50T crane, 20T crane, arc welding machines, gas tungsten arc welding machines, cutting equipment, longitudinal and circumferential seam submerged arc automatic welding devices, moisture chambers, and welding rod drying and insulation equipment. We are also equipped with corresponding NDT equipment, metrological instruments, and other testing means.
