The adhesive function of the impregnating resin is the fundamental guarantee for the carbon fiber fabric to work as a cohesive unit with the concrete substrate. Poor performance of the impregnating resin can lead to delamination and damage of the carbon fiber fabric, rendering the reinforcement ineffective and compromising safety. 4. Prior to applying carbon fiber materials, acknowledge that the surface may appear dull. Construction is not to be performed when the temperature is above -10℃ and relative humidity (RH) exceeds 85% without effective measures. To prevent damage to the carbon fiber materials during transportation, storage, cutting, and application, use a steel ruler and wallpaper knife to cut the materials to specified dimensions. Each segment should typically not exceed 6 meters in length. Cut the materials in quantity based on the day's usage to avoid damage during storage. The longitudinal joints of the carbon fiber must overlap by at least 500px. Apply more resin in this area. There is no need for lateral overlapping of the carbon fiber.
