Among them, steel bonding reinforcement is a widely used technique, which involves the use of steel bonding adhesive. What are the details that everyone should pay attention to when using it?
1. Cleaning and reinforcing the surface is a must-do, non-negotiable step. It requires sanding to remove the protective layer and apply a fresh coat. Use an air compressor or other cleaning tools to blow off the dust. Then, wipe it down again; if humidity is high, you can also dry it using artificial heating methods.
2. Next, the steel plate must be thoroughly cleaned. There are various methods to do so. You can use sandblasting or a wire brush for abrasion, ensuring the direction of the abrasion aligns with the steel. Continue for a period until the entire steel plate exhibits a metallic luster, and it's ready.
3. Then, extract the materials in the specified ratio. Generally, the ratio of Material A to Material B is controlled at 3:1. After thorough mixing of the two materials, apply them to the steel plate surface. The thickness should be kept under 3mm, ensuring the center is thicker than the sides.
4. After the steel plate is properly粘贴d at the pre-planned location, gently tap the surface of the adhesive connection with a hammer to listen for any hollow sounds. If there is no sound, it indicates a dense粘贴; if there is, it suggests the holes might be larger, and the粘贴 may not be secure. In this case, remove the steel plate and reapply adhesive before re-粘贴ing.
