The valve core and seat are made of solid hard alloy. The internal leakage upon closure is less than or equal to VI grade.Pneumatic Drain ValveIt features a removable and sealed mid-cavity design to prevent external leakage and is easy for maintenance. Product Features of Y-Type Air-Powered Drain Valve:
The valve disc sealing surface of the pneumatic drain valve is surfacing-welded with a hard alloy, which features mechanical properties, wear resistance, and erosion resistance, ensuring a long service life for the valve.
2. The valve stem packing uses imported special packing, which provides anti-leakage effectiveness, is durable, and easy to install and dismantle. The sealing at the packing box and valve body is achieved with a 316 high-grade flexible graphite gasket, assembled with a predetermined torque for reliability and to prevent external leakage.
3. Utilize pneumatic actuators as the actuating mechanism for effective valve control.
4. The filling box is designed with a high-pressure structure, ensuring sufficient strength and excellent thermal properties.
