1.2 Key Performance Features

This instrument is used for measuring the calorific value of solid and liquid combustible materials such as coal, petroleum, explosives, grain, feed, and cement clinker. The main functions of the instrument are as follows:

The entire testing process is guided in Chinese, with easy-to-use and concise instructions, making it simple to master.

2. Cooling correction formulas are available for selection (National Standard, Swiss formula).

3. The temperature reading, stirring, ignition, testing process, and display of results, as well as the calculation of heat capacity and the heat output of the bomb calorimeter, both high and low positions, are all automatically completed by a single-chip microcomputer.

After 5 tests of heat capacity, the computer automatically calculates the average heat capacity, relative standard deviation, and other constants, saves the data automatically, and will call these parameters automatically for future heat output measurements.

5. Sample numbers can be automatically sequentially numbered or manually assigned. Test dates are automatically recorded, and fixed-format report forms are generated.

6. Selectable yet not mandatory to change during each test, items such as heat capacity, calorific value, choice of calibration formulas, instrument heat capacity, and heat of the ignition wire, etc. Once selected, they are automatically stored in the data memory and called during testing. They remain unchanged until the next modification, unaffected by power outages.

7. Test results can be searched by date and number.
