Dimension specifications: Determine the width, length, and thickness of the pipe wrapping fabric based on the diameter, length of the pipe, and specific application scenario. For instance, for larger diameter pipes, a wider fabric with corresponding width is required to fully wrap; for longer pipes, a fabric of sufficient length is needed.

Material Selection: Common materials include polyester fiber and nylon. Polyester fiber fabrics offer excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, making them suitable for use in harsh environments. Nylon fabrics, on the other hand, provide high strength and flexibility, allowing for better adaptation to pipe bending and deformation. Additionally, materials with specific functions like fire-retardant, waterproof, and static dissipative can be chosen to meet special requirements.

Color Customization: Customers can choose the color of the conduit fabric based on their preferences, usage environment, or corporate identity. For instance, in some power construction sites, bright yellow or red conduit fabric may be selected for easy distinction and warning purposes; while in commercial settings, softer colors might be chosen to harmonize with the environment.
