PVC Coated Fabric: Made from high-strength polyester canvas as the base fabric, coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin on the surface. It features waterproofing, sun protection, anti-mold, cold resistance, aging resistance, and static electricity prevention, with high strength and good flexibility. Suitable for cargo tarpaulins on cars, trains, and ships, as well as for covering goods at stations, docks, and outdoor warehouses.
Scraped Film: Made by applying a uniform layer of PVC paste onto a high-strength base fabric through a scraping process. It features waterproofing, sun protection, resistance to aging and abrasion, with a smooth surface that resists dirt and is easy to clean. Commonly used in large billboards, outdoor sunshades, construction site hoarding, etc.
PE Plastic Film: Made from polyethylene (PE) resin, it features lightweight, softness, waterproofing, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance, with a relatively low price. It is widely used in agricultural production, daily life at home, construction sites, and other fields, such as crop covering, temporary warehouse construction, and dust prevention during decoration.
Canvas: Generally made from cotton, hemp, or synthetic fibers, it boasts high strength and abrasion resistance, as well as good breathability. Depending on the material, it can be categorized into pure cotton canvas, hemp canvas, and synthetic fiber canvas, etc. It is commonly used for making tents, backpacks, clothing, and can also serve as truck tarpaulins, outdoor warehouse coverings, etc.
Silicone-coated Canvas: Made by treating canvas with silicone, it boasts excellent waterproofing, sun-protection, breathability, high and low-temperature resistance, along with good tear and wear resistance. Ideal for applications requiring high levels of waterproofing, breathability, and weather resistance, such as outdoor tents, parasols, and ship canvases.
