Standard ColorsCommon tent cloth colors include blue, green, white, and black. Blue tent cloth is highly visible and often used in outdoor construction sites and logistics yards for easy identification and management. Green tent cloth blends well with the natural environment and is more frequently used in places that require coordination with the surrounding environment, such as tourist attractions and campgrounds. White tent cloth is clean and tidy, giving a fresh feeling and is commonly used in places with high hygiene requirements, such as food storage and temporary medical facilities. Black tent cloth has good light-blocking properties and is suitable for occasions with specific light requirements, such as studios and dark areas in warehouses.
Special ColorsIn addition to standard colors, we can customize special colors to meet specific requirements. For instance, in certain business events, custom tent canvases in specific colors may be ordered to align with a company's brand image or event theme, such as the company's standard color or the dominant color of the event. In cultural activities or folk festivals, special colored tents may also be chosen based on local cultural traditions and event characteristics. For example, red is often used in festive activities in China, symbolizing luck and joy.
Material Selection
PVC TarpaulinWith excellent waterproof and UV resistance, vibrant and durable colors that resist fading, a smooth surface for easy cleaning, and suitability for use in various harsh environments. Additionally, the PVC canopy fabric offers flexibility, making it convenient for folding and transportation.
Canvas tent clothThe material is thick and durable, with high resistance to wear and tear. The canvas canopy has a more rustic color, conveying a sense of sturdiness and longevity. It has good breathability, suitable for use in areas requiring ventilation. However, its waterproofing is slightly inferior to PVC canopies and requires a waterproofing treatment.
PE canopy fabricLightweight, affordably priced, with some water-resistant and UV-protection capabilities. The PE tarpaulin comes in a wide range of colors and can be customized to meet customer requirements. However, it has relatively low strength and durability, suitable for short-term use or situations with low performance demands.
Customization Process
Confirm RequirementsCommunicate with the client to understand specific requirements such as the usage scenario, dimensions, color, and quantity of the canvas, as well as any special functional needs like fire resistance, flame retardancy, and UV protection.
Choose MaterialBased on the customer's requirements and budget, we recommend suitable tarpaulin materials and provide corresponding samples for reference. Customers can determine whether the samples meet their requirements by observing aspects such as color, texture, and performance.
Design ProofBased on the customer's specified color and design requirements, create a color card or sample for their confirmation of color accuracy. If the customer has special color requirements, such as matching a specific color sample, the manufacturer will adjust the pigment formula to meet their needs. Once the color is confirmed, produce a canvas sample for the customer's comprehensive inspection and testing.
Bulk productionAfter the customer confirms the sample, mass production will be carried out according to the order quantity. During the production process, strict quality control is maintained to ensure that each tarpaulin has a uniform and consistent color, meeting the customer's requirements. At the same time, the performance indicators of the tarpaulins, such as waterproofing, strength, and weather resistance, are tested to ensure the quality of the product meets the standards.
Packaging and ShipmentPack the finished tarpaulins according to customer requirements, selecting the appropriate packaging method such as rolled or folded packaging. Then arrange for shipment to ensure the tarpaulins are safely and promptly delivered to the customer.
Cautionary Notes
Color accuracyDue to factors such as different monitors, printers, and observation environments, the colors seen on electronic color cards or printed swatches may vary from the actual tent fabric colors. Therefore, it's best to refer to the actual tent fabric samples for color accuracy during customization.
Material Properties and Color RelationshipCertain colors of paint may affect the performance of the canopy material, such as adding certain dark paints may reduce the canopy's UV resistance. Therefore, when choosing colors, consider the performance requirements of the material to ensure that the canopy meets color needs while also maintaining excellent usability.
Maintain and serviceDifferent colored canvas may vary in maintenance and care. Generally, light-colored canvas tends to get dirty more easily and requires more frequent cleaning; while dark-colored canvas may absorb more heat in the sun, leading to increased temperatures and accelerating material aging. Therefore, customers should develop a corresponding maintenance plan based on the color of the canvas and its usage environment to extend the canvas's lifespan.
