Daily Maintenance of Electro-Hydraulic Push Rods:

Every six months, replace the internal fire oil in the hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic oil for the electro-hydraulic ram.

2. Check for loose oil in the electro-hydraulic pushrod assembly monthly.

3. Internal seals within the company should be replaced annually to ensure the smooth operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod system.

4. Prior to use, the hydraulic push rod must be cleaned with oil to ensure proper management and operation.

5. If hydraulic push rods exhibit oil leakage, inspect each push rod bolt for tightness and electrical connections, then check if the end of the hydraulic push rod piston seal shows signs of wear.
