The quality and quantity of water produced by the ultra-pure water equipment are relatively stable during the production of freshwater. However, sometimes users feel that the water volume is insufficient, or they urgently need a large amount of water, and worry about whether there will be enough pure water. Here are several ways to increase the water output of the ultra-pure water equipment without altering the original technology of the lab's ultra-pure water equipment.
By improving the water source – in addition to the laboratory ultra-pure water machine itself, its purity often plays a key role in increasing water yield. We can also enhance the water supply. During raw water treatment, first, purify the water using a filter to remove most impurities, then further refine it with ultra-pure water equipment, significantly boosting the output of pure water. Its drawback: you need to purchase two sets of equipment, which can be relatively costly. (Water Treatment Equipment)
Equipped with larger pressure tanks—the lab ultra-pure water equipment extracts water and stores it in a pressure vessel. If the user requires water, it can be released by opening the pressure vessel. The water output from the pressure vessel is proportional to the water output. If a larger pressure vessel is used, it can increase the water output, and further increases in output can be achieved. The drawback is: the internal pressure of the large pressure vessel should match the pressure of the ultra-pure water unit.
We offer additional pressure vessels of the same type. The water storage capacity of the pressure vessel determines the output of the laboratory ultra-pure water purification equipment. If a large pressure vessel is not used, multiple pressure vessels of the same type can be connected via a three-way connector to increase the output. The drawback: multiple pressure vessels take up space and are麻烦 to maintain.
Low wastewater exchange ratio - The primary function of the wastewater ratio is to adjust the proportion of pure water and wastewater. To increase the yield of pure water, you can replace the wastewater ratio with less wastewater discharge, which will reduce the amount of wastewater discharge and naturally increase the yield of pure water. The drawback: Since the wastewater ratio alters the ratio of pure water to wastewater, the purity of the pure water may be skewed.
Regularly clean or replace the reverse osmosis membrane – Long-term use of the reverse osmosis membrane can lead to clogging, causing issues with reduced brine flow and feedwater flow. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly clean the equipment or replace the reverse osmosis membrane. This not only enhances the water production capacity of the laboratory ultra-pure water mechanical equipment but also significantly extends the lifespan of the instrument.
