Secondly, during the design phase, designers must have a preliminary understanding of office design projects. Typically, office renovation companies offer free on-site measurements, face-to-face communication with clients, and collection of office design materials; design the office and create an initial budget; refine the office design based on client requirements; finalize the office design and budget; produce office design renderings and construction drawings to the client's satisfaction; sign the office decoration construction contract; assist clients with property procedures; at the start of construction, designers will provide free supervision of the design implementation, and offer free office design modification services upon client request.
Thirdly, assist clients in obtaining fire approval procedures during the construction phase. Meet with clients, designers, foremen, and project managers on-site for a brief; dismantle old facilities, remove waste, and handle material entry and inspection. Office design includes concealed strong and weak electrical works and water system alterations. Construct partition walls, install metal partitions, and address the front desk logo wall. Inspect concealed works in office design and conduct water-tightness tests in spaces with waterproofing requirements. Fourthly, after the office design is completed in the maintenance phase, the warranty period will commence. Repair personnel will be on-site within 24 hours after the customer reports the need for repair. Upon the conclusion of the warranty period, a lifetime maintenance plan will take effect. The repair period will be completed within 48 hours of reporting the repair. Maintenance costs will only include labor and material expenses.
