Today's commonly used inverters are electronic products powered by control production dynamics, mostly made with high-tech semiconductor devices. Therefore, various malfunctions may occur due to factors like temperature, humidity, vibration, or time drift. To prevent potential issues and maintain optimal performance, regular maintenance is essential.
1Routine inspections
When using a variable-frequency inverter, pay attention to the following daily observations:
Is the cooling system functioning properly? How is the heating situation with the inverter and transformer? What is the vibration condition around? Is the indoor humidity too high?
2Important Points to Consider During Maintenance Inspections
During maintenance, the operator must directly confirm the input power status of the variable frequency inverter. Even after the power is disconnected, there may still be residual high voltage present in the electrolytic capacitors of the main circuit of the variable frequency inverter.
Wait and confirm the residual voltage in the capacitors has been discharged before proceeding with operations. Reference steps: Disconnect the power and wait.5~10Minutes after the charging indicator light turns off, measure the DC filter capacitor voltage with a multimeter.36VFurther, carry out maintenance and inspections on the variable frequency inverter.
When directly measuring the output voltage of a variable frequency inverter, it is essential to use a rectifying AC voltmeter. Using other general-purpose or digital voltmeters to measure high-pulse voltages can easily result in false operation or inaccurate readings.
3Regular content inspections
1Is there any environmental impact causing screw loosening or rusting? If so, tighten or replace immediately.
2Is there any foreign object inside the inverter or on the heat sink? If so, immediately blow it away with compressed air.
3Are all plug-ins on the inverter's printed circuit board making good contact? Carefully confirm the connection status of each plug-in.
4Is there dust inside the inverter? If so, clean it thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner.
5Key Inspection Items: Check for deformation and leakage of electrolytic capacitors, corrosion of the printed circuit board, which may lead to a decrease in insulation resistance and cause soft control failures. Inspect and clean the cooling fans and filters, particularly ensuring the cooling fans are functioning properly. For any issues found, replacements should be made promptly.
