The unloading platform should be equipped with a load limit sign.
2. The anchorage points of the steel platform and the upper tie points must be located on the building and must not be set on scaffolding or other construction facilities. The support system must not be connected to the scaffolding.
3. Concrete beams and slabs at the steel platform's support points should be embedded with fasteners and connected to the platform with bolts.
4. The horizontal angle between the wire rope and the platform should ideally be between 45 and 60 degrees.
The beam-column connections at the upper tie nodes of the platform should be checked for tensile strength to ensure the safety of the building and the platform.
6. The platform can be lifted using a crane. When lifting the platform, a shackle should be used; the hook should not be directly attached to the platform's lifting ring.
During the installation of the steel platform,钢丝绳should be securely fastened using dedicated hooks. When using alternative methods, there must be at least 3 clips. At the sharp corner of the building where the wire rope is wrapped, a soft padding material should be added. The outer edge of the steel platform should be slightly higher than the inner side.
Section 8: Fixed guardrails must be installed on both sides of the steel platform, along with dense mesh safety nets.
During scaffolding setup, a steel platform should be reserved. The vertical posts on both sides of the platform should be reinforced with double posts.
