PFA coating is chemically inert and nearly resistant to any chemical solvent, except for molten alkali metals, fluorine gas, and certain complex halogenated compounds.

• Insulated

• High dielectric strength, capable of withstanding more than 260 kV/mm

• Media loss and dielectric constant exhibit only slight changes within the temperature and frequency range.

Wide temperature range

• Continuous operating temperature -240 to 260°C

•Melting Point: 300 to 310°C

Mechanical Properties

• Excellent non-stick and low friction properties

High impact and tear resistance

• Physical properties remain unaffected under both high and low temperatures.
