There are several types of commonly used metallographic microscopes.

Portable Small Metallographic Microscope: These microscopes feature a simple structure and ease of use, making them highly suitable for on-site inspections in heat treatment workshops. They allow for observations in the daylight area.

(II) The upright metallographic microscope differs from the desktop model in that the objective lens is positioned upwards during observation, with the object surface facing downwards. It offers higher magnification and a broader range of applications. It can be used for both bright field and dark field observations.

(3) Inverted Metallographic Microscope / Also known as horizontal (lateral) metallographic microscope, its structure is largely similar to the vertical type, capable of using various illumination methods for observations at various magnification levels, with the highest magnification reaching up to 2500.
