One, the accuracy of the humidity gauge in the rapid dehumidifying electronic moisture-proof box. As the industry's demand for low humidity capacity in storage moisture-proof boxes continues to rise, accurate humidity monitoring within the box becomes even more crucial. If the requirement is for a humidity below 5%RH but the displayed accuracy is -5%RH or higher, the device essentially fails to meet the requirement below 5%RH. Currently, the display accuracy of industrial electronic moisture-proof boxes is within -3%RH, even higher than -2%RH.
Be mindful of the even distribution of humidity within the rapid dehumidification and moisture-proof cabinet. Similar to display accuracy, if the humidity uniformity within the cabinet is low, it will not meet the corresponding humidity requirements, and the stored items will not be effectively protected against moisture and oxidation.
Three, be mindful of the anti-static function in the industrial rapid dehumidifying and moisture-proof box. Needless to say, most people are aware of the importance of anti-static. For industrial products, we need to pay attention to the hazards of static electricity. General anti-static measures for industrial dehumidifying and moisture-proof boxes include anti-static coating on the cabinet surface and grounding. It is important to note that the anti-static coating should be a spray of anti-static powder, not anti-static paint, to ensure long-term anti-static effectiveness. China's rapid dehumidifying, anti-static, and moisture-proof boxes effectively address this issue.
Fourth, pay attention to the low humidity capacity of the rapid dehumidification and moisture-proof industrial storage box. With the increased requirements for moisture-proof and oxidation resistance, the first requirement for an industrial electronic moisture-proof box is to provide a lower humidity environment. For MSDs such as ICs and BGAs, according to the IPC standard for the humidity sensitivity level of MSDs, a low humidity environment is required. Generally, this is below 10%RH and 5%RH. The low humidity requirements for oxidation resistance primarily depend on the item's requirements for oxidation resistance, although there is no specific standard for oxidation resistance. Generally, oxidation resistance requirements are below 10%RH, and can be further reduced to below 5%RH.
Then, it's important to note that the dehumidification speed of industrial moisture-proof cabinets is also crucial. One significant difference between industrial electronic moisture-proof cabinets and traditional moisture-proof cabinets is the increased number of doors. Traditional household moisture-proof cabinets usually don't open their doors more than once a day. However, due to frequent contact with items, the number of door openings in industrial electronic moisture-proof cabinets is greatly increased. Therefore, industrial electronic moisture-proof cabinets require good dehumidification speed to ensure they can maintain the required ultra-low humidity levels for most of the time. In industry, it is generally required to reduce 50%RH to 10%RH within 30 minutes, or the recovery time after opening the door should be around 5 minutes.
