1. PPR piping and fittings utilize heat-fusion connections, but cannot be threaded directly onto piping and fittings. For connection with metallic pipelines, flange connections are recommended. When connecting to water appliances, fittings with metallic inserts are mandatory.
2. Always use a reliable hot melt equipment during the hot melt connection process, as it ensures welding quality.
3. When using scissors to vertically cut PPR pipe material, ensure the cut edge remains smooth and burr-free.
4. Ensure the welding areas of PPR pipes and fittings are clean to prevent sand and dust from damaging the quality of the joints.
5. During welding, the equipment must heat the pipe and fittings in accordance with the prescribed time.
6. Once the heating is complete, immediately remove the pipes and fittings for connection. If you find these positions are incorrect, you can make the corresponding adjustments within a certain timeframe.
7. After PPR pipe connection is complete, firmly grip the pipe and fittings with both hands to ensure adequate cooling time. Once cooled sufficiently, release to continue installing the pipeline. After connection, mark the pipeline location on the wall or floor with colored paint to prevent future damage to the fittings.
