I. Overview
With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, many areas are experiencing a growing shortage of water supply. Meanwhile, water bodies are being polluted, and the quality of some water sources is deteriorating. Water is a precious natural resource and an essential substance for industrial and agricultural production, as well as for people's daily lives. Water-saving efforts have become increasingly important, and there is a growing number of wastewater reuse projects. However, in some factories and wastewater treatment stations, incomplete backwashing of filter equipment, excessive land occupation, and high self-water consumption are制约ing the progress of water treatment.
In light of the widespread application of filtration equipment and the current engineering conditions, there is an urgent need for a filtration device that offers high precision, high filtration speed, thorough backwashing, and low self-usage water volume.
The PCF Pore Adjusting Fiber Filter boasts high precision, high filtration speed, thorough backwashing, and low self-water consumption.
Section II: Principle of PCF Filter
During the filtration process, the fibers are subjected to a rotating press machine, which reduces the gaps between the fibers, trapping suspended particles in the water and keeping them outside the fibers. The filtered water is then clean. As the amount of trapped suspended impurities (contaminants) in the filter increases, the treated water volume decreases, and the pressure reaches the set value, the filter automatically enters the backwashing process.
By relaxing the squeezing mechanism of the filter during backwashing, the pores of the filter fibers are expanded, allowing for the use of compressed air and treated water to backflush. This discharges impurities through the discharge pipe, after which the system automatically returns to the filtration process, thereby achieving the principle of cleaning impurities and retaining purity.
