The cabinet section utilizes domestic technology and craftsmanship. The outer shell is typically made of galvanized aluminum zinc steel plate, with the frame constructed using standard container materials and techniques, offering excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring no rust for 20 years. The interior partition is made of aluminum alloy panels, and the sandwich layer incorporates fire-resistant and insulating materials. An air conditioning unit is installed inside the cabinet, ensuring equipment operation is unaffected by natural climate conditions or external pollution. The cabinet is designed to operate normally in extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to +40℃. The primary equipment inside the cabinet includes fully enclosed high-voltage switchgear (e.g., xgn type), dry-type transformers, dry-type current transformers, vacuum circuit breakers, spring-operated mechanisms, and rotating disconnect switches, all of which are domestically produced. The product has no exposed live parts, featuring a fully enclosed and insulated structure to achieve zero electric shock accidents. The entire station can operate oil-free, with the secondary system utilizing a microcomputer integrated automation system, allowing for unattended operation.
