IV. Structural Characteristics of the Equipment
1. The equipment is primarily composed of the housing, heating system, air circulation system, and control system.
2. The outer shell of the case is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, while the inner lining is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel plate. The door features a large observation window in the middle, complete with an observation light, allowing users to clearly view the test conditions of the sample.
3. The overall appearance is elegant and generous. The insulation layer is ultra-fine glass wool, featuring high strength and excellent thermal insulation properties.
4. The main temperature controller for this equipment is an intelligent digital temperature controller, which is easy to learn and use, and the operation of different function levels is mutually compatible. It features a digital calibration system and built-in nonlinear calibration tables for common thermocouples and resistance thermometers, ensuring stable measurements. Equipped with on/off control and PID artificial intelligence adjustment functions, 0.2-grade accuracy, and various alarm modes. Features independent, unique BTHC temperature balancing method for heating.
5. Electrical appliances are executed using Schneider's product series, ensuring safety and stability.
