1.3 Case Material:
1.3.1 Test chamber body is lined with beige PVC board, thickness of 8mm, durable at temperatures up to 60°C.
1.3.2 The laboratory cover is sealed with a 10mm thick PVC board, with both inner and outer edges doubled for reinforcement to prevent warping and deformation due to long-term high temperatures. An observation window is provided on the top cover for inspection and observation. Experimental results.

1.5 Spray Method:
1.5.1 The Bernoulli principle吸取 saltwater and then atomizes it, ensuring uniform atomization without clogging or crystallization, which guarantees the continuous operation of the test.

Direct heating method for fast temperature rise and reduced standby time. Automatically switches to a constant temperature state upon reaching the set temperature, with precise temperature control and low power consumption. Pure titanium heating tube, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with an exceptionally long service life.
1.7 Control System:
1.7.1 The laboratory and pressure vessels are equipped with a liquid crystal dual-mode digital temperature controller, featuring microcomputer automatic calculation function, with control accuracy ±1.0℃. The circuit board is treated for moisture and corrosion resistance, offering high precision and long lifespan.
1.7.2 The laboratory heating tank is equipped with a liquid expansion safety temperature controller, ranging from 0 to 120°C.
